Shahid Kapoor has no dates for ‘Udta Punjab’?

Vikas Bahl�۪s ��Shaandaar�۪ starring Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt recently completed its outdoor shoot. Kapoor is said to have two other projects to hand after this; ��Farzi�۪ and ��Udta Punjab�۪. However, BizAsia has learnt that Kapoor has no time for the latter.

It is thought that director Abhishek Chaubey was hoping to begin shooting for ��Udta Punjab�۪ early in 2015 but this may not happen now due to Kapoor�۪s busy schedule. A source told a leading daily, ���Abhishek and Shahid had discussed the script and he liked it a lot. However, he has a tight schedule for 2015. After wrapping up the shoot of Shaandaar, he will move on to Farzi. Shahid wouldn�۪t be able to devote time to any other film as ��Farzi�۪ demands him to prepare intensely for his role and look. Clearly, this won�۪t allow him the freedom to juggle the shoot of two films�۝.

No doubt this will put a spanner in the works for Chaubey�۪s plans.
