Shah Rukh Khan summoned by Enforcement Directorate

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner Shah Rukh Khan has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), BizAsia has learnt.

The actor, who co-owns the KKR team along with Juhi Chawla and her husband Jai Mehta, has been asked to appear before ED for allegedly breaching the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) norms. He is accused of undervaluing its shares in a transfer deal with a Mauritius company.

Khan has requested he be given some time to appear as he is not is out of town currently, shooting for the forthcoming ��Dilwale�۪.
