Shah Rukh Khan praises Priyanka Chopra

Shah Rukh Khan recently went on record to praise actress Priyanka Chopra for bagging the People’s Choice Award.�� Khan said that these awards and achievements help introduce Indian cinema to many places.

According to IANS, Khan who was present at the launch of Kansai Nerolac’s coffee table book ‘Shades of Bengal’, stated that awards like this open gates for more actors and actresses to look at, though he himself is not looking to venture outside of Bollywood as yet.

“I am very happy making the films that I do. I have made it clear many times earlier, I don’t think I will foray into it (international cinema),” Khan added.

Chopra bagged the ‘Favourite Actress in a New TV Series’ honour at the People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles for her first American TV show, ‘Quantico’.
