As Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced his upcoming project ‘Inshallah’, rumours about Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s on-screen reunion have sparked again, as fans wonder whether SRK will play a part in the film as well.
However, a source confirmed to DNA that contrary to the buzz, Shah Rukh Khan is not a part of this project. “Sanjay has three scripts. One is ‘Inshallah’, which is an eternal love story, the other is on the lines of ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ (1999), while the third is a two-hero period saga. SLB is talking to Shah Rukh and Salman for the second and the third, but he is presently making the first.”, the source reported. Priyanka Chopra-Jonas has also signed a mystery project with Bhansali, the details of which have not been revealed.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt is confirmed to be joining Bhansali and Khan on the sets of ‘Inshallah’, “Alia has completed all the formalities and signed on the dotted line.”, the source shared, “When SLB was planning the cast, he met Karan (Johar), who showed him rushes of ‘Kalank’. The ‘Padmaavat’ (2018) filmmaker was impressed with Alia’s grace and poise. He then met her and had an hour-long discussion.” Shooting for ‘Inshallah’ is planning to begin in December.
