Bollywood is a big family and like any other family, people share differences on certain issues but are united whenever the other is in need. Similarly B-Town’s mightiest star Shah Rukh Khan has extended his support to his apparent rival Aamir Khan for his controversy ridden ‘PK’ (2014).

According to DNA, Shah Rukh said that films which have been pass through Censor Board should not be questioned. He said “I think films once censored shouldn’t be questioned. Films in India have to undergo a rigorous censor and once that’s done it’s officially passed. Yes, there will always be people who have issues but they shouldn’t take it into the system where the whole idea of censorship stretches to the extent of being banal. That goes against the logic of censorship.”

“A team of good thinking people from films feel that a film is not controversial, not troublesome, will not evoke any kind of negativity and is fit to be consumed by people. I think they are the ultimate authority and give that much value to it. I know a lot of people have very radical ideas about censorship but theirs is the final say,” he added.

Shah Rukh and Aamir have mostly been in news for their cold war. Recently, at a live show where the three Khans for the first time came together, there also the two didn’t interacted much with each other.

With all the controversies surrounding it, ‘PK’ has managedto rake over Rs.300 crore and thus becoming the highest grosser of all times.

Helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film features Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt, Sushant Singh Rajput and Boman Irani.
