Shah Rukh Khan incriminated for smoking in public

It is a well known fact that Bollywood’s king, Shah Rukh Khan, is a chain smoker. However, due to him��smoking in the stadium during an IPL match,��he has received summons from a Jaipur court.

According to the Hindustan Times, the actor was caught smoking during a match between his team Kolkata Knight Riders and the Rajasthan Royals which took place on 8th April. The director of the Jaipur Cricket Academy, Anand Singh Rathore, filed a case against Khan.

The lawyer who filed the case on behalf of Rathore has said, “Smoking publicly is banned in Rajasthan since 2000. However, Shah Rukh Khan was smoking publicly in front of thousands of spectators. The actor was broadcast live while smoking on the TV channel which was showing the match”.
