Shah Rukh Khan brands Mahira Khan a “marvelous actor”

Shah Rukh Khan, who is undoubtedly one of the best actors in Bollywood, feels that he will have to do more efforts to match-up Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan in his next titled ‘Raees’.

“Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan are there in the film (Raees). Both of them are very accomplished actors. I think the cast is really wonderful,” Khan told PTI.

“Now I would have to excel and perform like them,” added the ‘Chennai Express’ (2013) star.

Talking about Mahira, who will play his love interest, Khan said, “Rahul Dholakia liked her. She suited the film a lot. I have seen a little bit part of her television stuff. I have met her and she is marvellous actor.”

Nawaz and Mahira will be playing vital roles in ‘Raees’.��Mahira with her television stint ‘Humsafar’ became popular amongst audiences.

Well, let’s hope that the jodi of Khan and Mahira wooes audiences and the Pakistani star gets a great start in Bollywood.
