‘Shabash Kundu’ completion held up by Shruti Haasan?

Kamal Haasan who had fractured his leg has finally recovered and is ready to get back to work on his upcoming film ‘Shabash Kundu’, which will be a tri-lingual comedy, though now there is another hold-up.

According to Deccan Chronicle, his daughter Shruti Haasan, who is playing the leading lady, hasn’t been able to say when she can give time to complete her part. However, Hassan seems to be fairly relaxed about the situation, he said amusingly, “Three versions of Shabash Kundu have a few weeks of shoot left in India and abroad, which we intend to finish by August 2017. It involves a few Hollywood actors along with Indian stars. The busiest one however, is Shruti. Fortunately I have some connections with her which can put us on priority.”

Singing high praises for his daughter, Haasan added, “Shruti is a professional and a star-child. Both Sarikaji and I were actors from our childhood. Unlike her parents who walked with apprehension, Shruti is a star already. I am only used to directing actors. Shruti is both a star and an actor, to my surprise.”
