Shaan confirmed for ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6’

Singer Shaan has been confirmed as the first celebrity to take part in the popular ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ series, which airs on Colors next month.

Talking to Times Of India, Shaan confirmed the news and said it was his wife who prompted him to participate in the dancing reality TV show. He said, “Honestly, when the offer came up, I put them on to my wife Radhika. I asked her to politely turn down the offer. It’s always nice to put it on the wife (laughs). But after they had a meeting, Radhika actually told me to take it up as a challenge. She is a good dancer and wants me to improve my skills. It’s going to be fun.”

Shaan has previously hosted singing shows for both ZEE TV and Star Plus. It will be the first time, he will participate in a show as a contestant.

The judges confirmed for this year’s sixth season are Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and Remo D�۪souza.
