Sequel to ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ on its way

Last year’s ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ created quite a storm due to its subject matter – male impotency. Back when the film’s promotions were underway, it was being said that another instalment may be happening. Now, that is one step further into reality.

Box Office India reports that the Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar starrer is set to have a sequel, once again being helmed by Aanand L Rai. It’s not yet known how the story will move forward or whether it’ll turn into more of a franchise.

Audiences can no doubt look forward to another interesting subject the second time around.
