SC serves Dimple Kapadia with notice on Anita Advani’s plea

Bollywood veteran actress Dimple Kapadia has been served notice by the Supreme Court (SC)on the plea of Anita Advani in which she complained of domestic violence soon after the death of yesteryear’s superstar Rajesh Khanna with whom she was in a live-in relationship.

According to Times of India, SC chief justice, HL Dattu issued a notice to the actress, challenging Bombay High Court’s order of quashing her complaint of domestic violence against Kapadia and the others.

Senior counsel CA Sundaram, on behalf of Advani said that she had told the court that she was living with Khanna for the past 25 years, ever since he called off his marriage with Kapadia.
