‘Satyamev Jayate’ sequel takes back seat?

After ‘Satyamev Jayate’ managed to win applause from the audiences, a sequel was announced. However, it seems the second film will still be a while yet.

“Milap has not yet got down to penning the sequel, so writing the film will take a while. That should only happen when he is done with filming his current film that is on the floors. Importantly, both the producers Nikhil and Bhushan should agree on the sequel idea to bankroll it. So, we guess there is some time to that,” said a trade source, according to Deccan Chronicle.

It seems lead actor John Abraham is also preoccupied with other projects to give a sequel his time at the moment. However, until Milap Zaveri finishes with ‘Marjaavaan’, it seems the second instalment will be on the backburner.
