Satish Shah on facing racism at London’s Heathrow Airport

Legendary actor, Satish Shah has revealed that he overheard a racist comment made about him at London’s Heathrow Airport when he was returning back to India.

The actor known for his comical roles took to social media to describe the incident. Shah said a few officials at the airport couldn’t believe that he could afford first class tickets.

Shah tweeted, “I replied with a proud smile “because we are Indians” after I overheard the Heathrow staff wonderingly asking his mate” how can they afford 1st class?.”

The airport was quick to respond to his tweet. They said, “Good morning, we’re sorry to hear about this encounter. May you DM us?.”
