Sarbjot Singh Johal named Chairman of Sikh Channel
Sikh entrepreneur Sarbjot Singh Johal has been named as the new Chairman of Sikh Channel.
The 20-year-old has taken control of the service, which has been struggling due to lack of funds.
Earlier this year, the Sikh Channel ran a number of special shows urging viewers to donate to keep it on-air. It has said that its only studio based in Birmingham was to close due to spiraling costs.
