Sara Ali Khan walks out of film with father Saif?

Soon to be debutante Sara Ali Khan was apparently all set to share the screen with her father Saif Ali Khan in a forthcoming venture. However, it seems she’s decided against the film.

DNA reports that Sara has chosen to work on the ‘Hindi Medium’ (2017) sequel instead. The publication reports a source stating, “The father-daughter drama was supposed to roll out in March 2019. They were talking about shooting it in London and Mumbai. Though Saif and Sara had not signed the contract, they had agreed verbally. The team was also looking out for an older heroine to play Sara’s mother”.

“Sara walked out of the film. She has given her dates to another project”, said the source, implying that the project could now be shelved altogether.

Sara will be marking her debut in ‘Simmba’ opposite Ranveer Singh. She’ll also be seen in ‘Kedarnath’ with Sushant Singh Rajput.
