Sara Ali Khan debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in doubt?

A lot has been written about the debut film of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan, with some suggesting that she is set to star opposite Hrithik Roshan in Karan Malhotra’s next.

However, it now seems like Khan will no longer be a part of the comedy-drama, which was expected to roll out in March in Punjab. Speculation was rife that the film had been shelved but this is untrue, with a change of cast more likely.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, “The last meeting between Hrithik and Karan happened last November. Talks are still on and the duo plan to meet in a few days.They are hoping to begin work by March. However, Sara who was being considered as the lead may not be part of the project.”
