Sanju Saha quits STAR News for Pepsi

Sanju Saha has put in his papers as Executive Vice-president, Human Resources, STAR News. He might be moving out to PepsiCo India, however, PepsiCo officials have denied the reports.

Saha is currently serving out his notice period at STAR News, which will end in the first week of February.

Saha said, “I think the time is right for me to move as STAR News is the most watched channel among its contemporaries and also other channels of the STAR Network, and this move will help me grow further in my career. I had a great experience at STAR and had the privilege of working with the best talent in the industry.”

Saha has 13 years experience working with companies as diverse as Britannia, where he was Assistant Personnel Manager-HR for three years, and American Express, where he was Manager-HR for close to five years. He joined STAR News in 2005 as Vice-president-HR. Prior to joining STAR News, he was with Aaj Tak as General Manager-HR for two years.
