Sanjay Leela Bhansali to postpone ‘Love & War’ release?
Sanjay Leela Bhansali is reportedly considering postponing the release of his ambitious project ‘Love & War’, which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and Alia Bhatt.
Originally scheduled to release in December 2025, then March 2026, the film is now expected to be delayed further.
A source told The Hollywood Reporter, “The current shooting schedule for ‘Love & War’ includes a massive war sequence, which Bhansali plans to execute on an enormous scale. However, this sequence will only be filmed in November.”

The source further explained, “Once the sequence is completed, which promises to be epic and features Vicky and Ranbir, the team aims to wrap up production by January 2026. It would be impossible for ‘Love & War’ to complete post-production and be ready for a theatrical release within just two months. Therefore, the release date might be pushed back.”
