Sanjay Kapoor to join the cast of ‘Shandaar’ in UK

BizAsia reported earlier today that Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor were readying themselves to start shooting for ‘Shandaar’ in Leeds, UK. The duo are already in the area and shoot should commence in a few days. The latest is now that Sanjay Kapoor will also join the cast tomorrow.

Sanjay has an important role in the movie and is playing the part of Bhatt’s sister’s husband’s brother, according to TOI. The film will see Shahid acting with his father on-screen for the first time as the latter will be seen as Bhatt’s father in the film.

The film is Bollywood’s first destination wedding film which is sure to be a fresh look with the UK backdrop.
