Sanjay Kapoor plays love-hate character in ‘Shandaar’

It was recently revealed that Sanjay Kapoor has joined the cast of Vikas Bahl’s forthcoming project ‘Shandaar’. According to reports the film is an out-right fun-loving comedy romance and Kapoor plays a rather interesting character.

“It’s about a destination wedding, it’s a fun film. And you will love my character. My character is too funny. You will only be looking at me. You will either like or hate me,”��NDTV reported Kapoor explaining.

When asked why he hasn’t been seen on screen much lately the actor-turned-producer went onto say, “I kept on doing films, but I didn’t want to do a film where I am part of the furniture. I don’t mean that I should only be the main guy. It could be a film like ‘Luck By Chance’ (2009), which had a nice ensemble cast.”

Also starring the fresh pairing of Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor, ‘Shandaar’ will hit the silver screens in 2015.
