Sanjay Dutt parole term ends today

Sanjay Dutt will be returning to prison after his 30-day parole term ended today.

He is expected to return to Pune’s Yerawada Jail where he is serving a 42 month sentence in connection with the 1993 Bombay blasts.

Last month, Dutt was granted two weeks leave on medical grounds, followed by an extension of another two weeks on 14th October. He has spent his parole term at his Mumbai home.

He has already served 18 months of his sentence.
