Sanjay Dutt discharged from hospital after scare over weekend

Sanjay Dutt has been discharged from hospital today after a health scare over the weekend.

The 61-year old actor had been taken in for observation at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. Dutt complained of fluctuating oxygen saturation level and chest discomfort.

A test carried out by the hospital for coronavirus returned negative.

The actor took to Twitter over the weekend to confirm he was in good hands and that he would be discharged soon. At the time, he said, “Just wanted to assure everyone that I’m doing well. I’m currently under medical observation & my COVID-19 report is negative. With the help & care of the doctors, nurses & staff at Lilavati hospital, I should be home in a day or two. Thank you for your well wishes & blessings.”
