Salman & Sonam join in to celebrate 1800 episodes of SAB TV’s ‘TMKOC’

Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor have filmed a special episode to mark 1800 episodes of SAB TV’s popular sitcom ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’.

The two stars will feature in every episode to air between Monday 9th and Friday 13th November at 20:30. ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ is based around the column ‘Duniya Ne Oondha Chashma’ written by a famous Gujarati columnist and journalist Taarak Mehta for the Gujarati weekly magazine Chitralekha.

The show first went on air on 28th July 2008 and since then has increased its popularity each year with the main characters Jethalal and Dayaben becoming household names within the south Asian community all over the world.
