Salman reaches out to SLB after ‘Padmavati’ row

Salman Khan was reportedly one of the first to check in on Sanjay Leela Bhansali after he was attacked by Karna Sena over ‘Padmavati’.

Incidentally, Bhansali and Khan were both in Rajasthan on Friday at the time of the incident. Khan, who was worked with Bhansali in films like ‘Khamoshi’ (1996) and ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ (1999), was one of the first to ring Bhansali to see if he was okay.

A source told Deccan Chronicle, “Salman immediately called up Sanjay after the ugly incident in Jaipur on Friday to ask if he was okay. The gesture sure meant a lot to the old friend.”
