For the shooting of ‘Kick’, Salman Khan was having problems with UK immigration, as BizAsia has reported previously. However, after a court stay order, it seems the actor will be free to apply once again.
Rajasthan High Court has put a stay order on the actor’s imprisonment which means he can now make a fresh application to the UK and chances are he may be granted leave to enter the country.
“We had moved an application in the High Court seeking a stay on his conviction order. After Khan`s visa for UK expired recently and he filed for a fresh visa, he was denied the same because of the conviction order,” said counsel Lekh Raj Mehta, according to Desi Martini.
Khan, along with other famous names, was accused of poaching when they went hunting during the shoot of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ in 1999.
