Salman Khan’s next two films to be shot in UP

Salman Khan’s next two films will be shot in UP, India after a campaign to push films in the state.

Times Of India reports the ‘Make Your Film in UP’ presentation at FICCI Frames conclave in Mumbai, saw the likes of Asif Kapadia, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Kabir Khan, and Ramesh Sippy attend the event. It was during this event, Amar Butala, the COO of Salman Khan’s production house confirmed that Khan’s next two films will be shot in UP.

Vishal Kapoor, who represented UPFDC at the conclave, was cited in the paper saying, “Mr Butala has assured us that Salman Khan will be shooting his next two home productions in UP. The announcement highlights the success of UP’s film policy in luring big stars to the state.”
