We usually hear films being postponed but in this instant, Salman Khan has decided to shoot for his film ‘Kick’ earlier than scheduled, starting next month.
Initially the film, directed by Sajid Nadiadwala was set to be launched at the end of this year but will now go on the floors on 24th July onwards.
Kick was supposed to start towards the end of the year. However, a few days ago Salman called Sajid and told him that the film would now go on the floors in July instead and even allotted him dates, sources said.
The film, which will be shot in London will see the team getting special privileges from the British government in terms of shoot locations.
Some major action sequences are being planned on the streets of London for which action directors will be flown in from LA. Some streets in the city are expected to shut down for the shoot. London۪s mayor Boris Johnson met Sajid recently and extended his full co-operation, source added.
Randeep Hooda has also been signed up to star in the film in a meaty role.
Nadiadwala also confirmed the reports by saying, I am looking forward to the schedule in July. And yes, Randeep is part of the project.
