Salman Khan’s black-buck case hearing delayed until 20th July

Salman Khan may have had some relief in the 2002 hit-and-run case, however, the actor is still awaiting the outcome in the black-buck trial.

According to Indian Express, Khan was supposed to give his side in the court today but his legal team moved an application seeking deferment in the wake of stay on the trial granted by the High Court until the petition was decided.

Counsel H M Saraswat said, ���We had moved a criminal miscellaneous petition in the High Court seeking permission to call 5 prosecution witnesses for re-examination. The court allowed the same on May 28 and stayed the hearing in the trial court.”

The hearing woill take place on 20th July subject to decision of the petition in the High Court, where the matter has been listed for July 8.
