Salman Khan willing to cut ‘Bigg Boss 14’ fee “so others can get paid”

Returning as a host for the 14th season of ‘Bigg Boss’, Salman Khan is reportedly earning a fortune for his work on the popular reality show. However the superstar has stated that he is happy to cut his fees down so that others can get paid, as salaries have been a major concern for everyone on the show due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pandemic has greatly affected the day to day lives and the financial conditions of everyone around. Although things have gradually started to get back to a new kind of normal, the Indian entertainment industry is still struggling in various ways.

Pinkvilla reveals that Khan has said that he is willing to cut down his fees so others in the team can get their respective salaries. Khan made this statement while speaking to the producer of the show who stated that they are paying full salary to people associated with the show even through the waiting period. Soon, Khan bantered about his salary and stated, “I am more than happy to cut my pay so that other people can get paid.”

‘Bigg Boss 14’ premieres on the 3rd of October, 2020 and is coming with a whole host of surprises for both the audience and the contestants. This time, the ‘Bigg Boss’ house will reportedly have an in built movie theatre, gym, spa, restaurant corner and even a shopping mall which will be accessible by the contestants.
