Salman Khan to host ‘Bigg Boss 8’?

After months of rumours and name dropping by many tabloids, Colors is said to have roped in Salman Khan as the host of ‘Bigg Boss’. Salman Khan, who was rumored to have refused the offer of hosting yet another season of the controversial TV show is reported to have signed on the dotted line.

The channel was said to have contacted everybody from Hrithik Roshan to Ranbir Kapoor and Akshay Kumar to host the eighth installment of the show. But Khan, who is synonymous with the show’s popularity is keen to host the show yet again. Even though he is presently focusing on more than four-five films at one time, he has set aside dates for ‘Bigg Boss’.

A source told Bollywood Life, “Despite his busy schedule, Salman has agreed to return as the host of Bigg Boss and has signed on the dotted line recently. He has adjusted his dates and it won’t be a problem. His fans wanted him to return to the show and therefore, he decided to take it up because he has never disappointed his legion of fans, nor will he in the future.”

Scheduled to go on air this August/September, ‘Bigg Boss 8’, will be Khan’s fourth consecutive year as a host.
