Salman Khan to create Hindi adaptation of ‘Indiana Jones’?

In an interesting turn for the books, rumour has it that Salman Khan could be working on Hindi adaptation of ‘Indiana Jones’.

“Salman Khan’s team is using the popular action hero [only] as a reference point. The film will be inspired by the original, but it’s not a direct adaptation,” said a source, as quoted by Filmfare.

The source further added that the Hindi version could have alterations, “Several characteristics will be changed. There is a conscious effort to not replicate any of Salman’s trademark characters—Chulbul Pandey from Dabangg or Tiger from Tiger Zinda Hai. He leads an exciting parallel life, which is a way to escape the dullness of his own existence. But the daddy-issues of the original character will be retained”.

No doubt this will be something exciting to look forward to if the speculation is true.
