Salman Khan spends 3 hours a day on ‘Sultan’ script?

After brilliant feedback for his performances in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ this year, Salman Khan is working extra hard for his role in Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Sultan’. The actor is also apparently taking a personal interest in working on the script.

“Salman turns 50 in December. Sultan is being built as his 50th birthday project. The star is going into the kind of physical preparation he has never undertaken for any role. Not only that, Salman is also working on polishing the script. He spends three hours each day on the script with the director… Salman wants to make sure that at 50, his fans feel he is doing his best work,” a source informed DNA India.

Khan’s 50th birthday is on 27th December.

‘Sultan’ is slated for an Eid 2016 release. The film will see Khan essay the role of a wrestler. While the leading lady has not yet been announced, there is a strong buzz that Deepika Padukone has now been signed on.
