In what has been a somewhat hasty decision, Salman Khan will be flying to Toronto at the end of the month for promotions of his forthcoming production Dr Cabbie۪, directed by Jean-Francois Pouliet.

The move was one that was taken in the hope to upstage a film festival taking place there at the same time. A source told India Today, Instead, they have decided to steal the Indian thunder at the Toronto International Film Festival by inviting Salman, the official producer of the film۝.

Apparently, Khan will be touring for three days but his activities have been kept under wraps for now. The source continued, The film is about the adventures of a young taxi driver in Canada who moonlights as a doctor. Local cabbies would be sharing their experiences with Salman. It’s going to be three days of non-stop dhamaal with Salman and his Canadian fans۝. He will, reportedly, be interacting with local cabbies in the area.

Dr Cabbie۪ stars Isabel Kaif and Vinay Virmani and is slated for release on 19th September.
