A fresh trial date has been set by a Mumbai court where Salman Khan will be tried for a hit-and-run case.
The ruling came at a hearing of the case today when the prosecution submitted a list of 17 witnesses who will be examined and cross-examined again. The new date has been fixed for 26th March.
Last July, a court framed charges against Salman for the more serious charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, which entails a 10-year prison term.
The trial started in September 2005. The following year in 2006, the magistrates court had framed 10 charges against the actor.
