Salman Khan reveals ‘Sultan’ female lead will be senior actress

Salman Khan is definitely on a high when it comes to his films. With the success of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (2015), and his forthcoming films ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ and ‘Sultan’ soon set to make their mark, the actor isn’t showing any signs of stopping. With the buzz if the latter film, Khan did in fact reveal a little more than we’d expected.

According to Pinkvilla, Khan stated that ‘Sultan’ will see a senior actress playing the female lead, and the makers of the film will be introducing a fresh face to the cast as well. Unfortunately Khan didn’t reveal any names. Speculations of the likes of Deepika Padukone and Rani Mukherji being signed on have been doing the rounds, nobody has come out to confirm anything.

Meanwhile, Khan is already prepping for his role, where he will be playing a wrestler. Already having quite a body, reports suggest that Khan is doing as much research about his character as possible. He has even been attending a few wrestling matches to see how wrestlers fight and what their attitudes are.

It looks like audiences will have to wait a little longer to see who Khan’s on screen love interest will be.
