Salman Khan returns to ‘Shuddhi’?

Recently, reports revealed that Dharma Productions had shelved ‘Shuddhi’ which had undergone many casting changes. With Karan Johar having announced that Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt would be featuring in the film when Salman Khan was unable to fulfil his promise to be in the film, it seemed it was on track. So many months later, it was looking like it would remain on the back-burner but now it’s emerged that Khan has returned to the project.

According to a report on Business of Cinema, Ronnie Screwvala has been brought on board to co-produce the film with Johar. Also, Khan has since come back to the film. Dhawan and Bhatt on the other hand are rumoured to have signed a different Dharma film.

Khan has been busy with his commitments. Currently he is shooting for ‘Sultan’ which will release in July.
