BizAsia had recently reported that there would be no kissing scenes in Salman Khan’s upcoming production, ‘Hero’. ��As confirmed by the film’s director, Nikhil Advani, Khan was against his “children”, Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty, locking lips on screen. ��Khan has now gone on record to��speak about the same and questions why anyone would want to watch kissing scenes.
Mumbai Mirror quote the superstar as saying, “There are no kissing scenes in the film… I myself haven’t done one, so how can I ask them to do. ��I don’t think anyone – whether it’s Nikhil or Sooraj and Athiya, are interested in kissing. ��Why do you want to see someone else kiss? ��Kiss yourself.”
It can be noted that Khan himself has never shot for a kissing scene in his acting career of over two decades.
‘Hero’ releases this Friday, 11th September.
