Salman Khan packs up early to meet Jackie Chan

No matter how big stars get, there will always be someone they aspire towards just like their own fans do towards them. So when Salman Khan heard that Jackie Chan will be in his city to promote his forthcoming film ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ with Sonu Sood, he did all that he could to make sure they met.

Deccan Chronicle reports that Khan was scheduled to shoot until the late hours of the night for his upcoming ‘Tubelight’. However, upon hearing the Chinese star’s arrival, plans quickly changed. “Salman always wanted to meet Chan. He was shooting for Tubelight and he was supposed to pack up in the night but he asked people to pack up early as he wanted to meet Jackie Chan,” Sood expressed when talking to the media.

Sood and Khan have both been good friends since working together in the hit film ‘Dabangg’ (2010). Talking about their rapport the actor went on to express, “He is very sweet. He gets very excited whenever something good happens in my life. I remember he was very happy when me, Jackie and he were sitting and chatting. He told Jackie that I’m his one of the most favourite people in the industry and whenever something good happens in my life he feels as happy as I do. Those words were very special and at the same time they motivate you in life to work harder.”

Seems like Khan took full advantage of his fanboy moment by using social media to promote ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ with both Chan and Sood through video message.
