Salman Khan not responsible for Katrina Kaif sister’s debut

With Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif set to make her debut in Remo D’Souza’s forthcoming dance venture ‘Time To Dance’, news has it that Salman Khan was in fact not involved in her casting process.

Where rumours have been rife for a while that it would be Khan who will be responsible for Kaif’s launch, D’Souza recently caught up with the media and expressed it didn’t happen that way. “I was looking for a fresh face. Also, someone who would be good at dancing, since the film is based on dance mostly. Someone from the industry came forward and told me, ‘why don’t you take Katrina’s sister, Isabelle, who is indeed a good dancer. She is also keen on being part of the Hindi film industry.’ It is then that we approached Isabelle, and through auditions, we decided to take her in our film,” Asian Age reports the filmmaker revealing.

He went on to add, “She is a good dancer and above all, she also works very hard. Isabelle is practicing rigorously without leaving any stone unturned.”

When questions on Khan’s involvement came about, D’Souza was quick to explain, “No, this is not true. In fact, Salman Khan came to know about Isabelle while doing our film, ‘Time To Dance’, much later.”
