Salman Khan found playing simple role difficult?

Despite having a few glitches in his personal life, it’s fair to say that Salman Khan is on an all time high with his professional life. With the success of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (2015) growing stronger, the actor has a lot to smile about. However, according to reports, it wasn’t all that easy for the actor when it came to playing the role.

Essaying a character with a simple heart, Khan explained to the media that he actually found playing such a person rather challenging.” It was a difficult thing for me right now to play after ‘Dabangg’ (2010), ‘Wanted’ (2009) and other films. It was challenging to come back to play a simple character,”��Times of India reported Khan stating.

“There is action and everything (in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’) but it is simple and all heart. We’ve shown a typical Hindustani (Indian) character where people get a feeling, ‘What a nice guy’, ‘bechara’ (innocent),” he went onto add.

“All the action films we do, they need to be backed with emotions. Otherwise, action is pointless,” the actor explained.

‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (2015) is Khan debut production with his own production house Salman Khan Films. It also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
