Salman Khan confirms he will promote ‘Happy New Year’ on ‘Bigg Boss 8’

Salman Khan, who is currently at the launch of the new 8th season of ��Bigg Boss�۪, has confirmed to the media present at the event that he will be promoting Shah Rukh Khan starrer ��Happy New Year�۪ on his show.

The two actors are believed to have fallen out at the birthday bash a few years ago but they have remained courteous towards each other in the public eye, although their friendship has never returned to being the same. With the news that Khan will promote Shah Rukh’s upcoming film, no doubt many will be wanting to see the two together on the show when that happens.

Also a few months ago, Salman Khan�۪s bodyguards and press photographers had a bit of a kerfuffle at an event to do with his film ��Kick�۪ (2014). The event severed the actors ties with the photographers, who put a ban on covering events that the actor was involved in. At the press conference of the 8th season of ��Bigg Boss�۪, the majority of photographers have stayed away from the event.

The actor was quizzed by the media at the event about the photographers and, according to Bollywood Life, said, ���If photographers want to come and click me, they have to do it peacefully and respectfully. I don�۪t want a machhi market!�۝

Khan was seen performing at the event which had an innovative backdrop of an airplane. His backing dancers were dressed as air hostesses and he was in a pilot�۪s attire.

It certainly seems that neither side want to back down in this disagreement but let�۪s see whether, as time goes on, sentiments on the sensitive issue change between Khan and the photographers.
