‘Bharat’ has been a challenging experience for Salman Khan as an actor, who has put in a lot of effort to portray the character at each stage of his life from the age of 18 to 70. Out of the seven phases of Bharat’s life story, Khan shared that there was one age that he found the toughest to play convincingly.
At the launch event of the film’s latest song ‘Zinda’, Khan revealed that the youngest stage of Bharat’s life was the hardest for him to capture, “The character of my age was the easiest. This character (during the circus sequence), I had forgotten a few years back so I had to go back and research from my own life and watch old movies of mine. I did remember it in some haze so I had a tough time during this one. Because the walk, the swag, the energy from 20 years ago needed to be brought back without looking outdated.”, DNA reported.
‘Bharat’ is based on the Korean film ‘Ode to My Father’ (2014), written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The film will release on 5th June.
