Salman Khan becomes Munna Badnaam in ‘Dabangg 3’?

In 2010’s ‘Dabangg’, the song Munni Badnaam Hui was a sure fire hit, featuring Malaika Arora and lead actor Salman Khan. With the third instalment in the franchise on its way, it’s been revealed that the song will be getting a fresher version.

Khan will be seen in a younger avatar and the film will see Chulbul Pandey enrolling to the police department, and going back in time. However, the song will apparently be seen as the male version. A source said, according to Deccan Chronicle, “Malaika Arora’s foot-tapping special number, Munni Badnaam Hui, will be re-created and will feature Salman. This time, it will be presented to the audiences with a different twist”.

Adding some more, the source said, “The lyrics will undergo a drastic change too. And Salman has decided to wear the overcoat of this Badnami himself and the song will be called Munna Badnaam Hua.”

Apparently, the film will see Pandey’s character falling in love while at college so there’s expected to be a younger heroine added to the cast too.
