Salman Khan & Atul Agnihotri team-up for action film

After the success of ‘Bodyguard’ (2011), filmmaker Atul Agnihotri is set to work with his brother-in-law actor, Salman Khan in an upcoming action film.

Agnihotri told reporters at Times Of India, “I am doing a movie with Salman. It is completely an original script…and not a remake. It is in scripting stage. I am actively involved in the project. The work is under progress. It is difficult to talk more about it as we are still working on it.”

Recently, Khan has been associated with slap-stick action flicks such as ‘Wanted’ (2009), ‘Dabangg’ (2010), ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ (2011) and ‘Dabangg 2’ (2012), Agnihotri wants to continue with this trend as it has been a wining formula for the star.

Agnihotri said, “Action is a pre-requisite of all his films so action will be there in this film too.”

If all goes well, Agnihotri intends to begin work on this project from next year.
