Sajid Nadiadwala hopes to cast Salman Khan with Sylvester Stallone
As reported by BizAsia earlier this week, superstar Salman Khan was seen in a pleasant Twitter-exchange with Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone. Filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala, who shares a positive rapport with both of the actors, has now gone on record to say that he would loveto cast the duo for a film as soon as he finds a suitable script.
Speaking toDNA India, Nadiadwala said, “A couple of years ago, when I was in Hollywood, I had met Stallone and had even narrated a couple of scripts to him. Though he had liked them, for some reason the films didn۪t work out. Bringing Salman and Stallone together would be a great idea. If I come across a great script or if someone can write it, then I would love to cast them together. But a script keeping the two iconic stars in mind needs to be written.”
Nadiadwala and Khan have worked on many films together over the years, including hits like’Jeet’ (1996), ‘Judwaa’ (1997), ‘Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega’ (2000) and ‘Kick’ (2014). On the other hand, Stallone also made his first Bollywood appearance witha cameo role in Nadiadwala’s film, ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ (2009).
