Sajid Khan helps Tamannaah in ‘Humshakals’

Actress Tamannaah got struck while acting a scene in which she had to play a VJ (Video Jockey) addressing a huge crowd. She lacked confidence to play this role but Khan helped her building up her confidence level and guided her portraying a correct posture and diction required to play the character.

“Tamannaah was a little scared and didn’t know how to execute the scene and make it look real on screen. So I showed her how to do it in terms of holding the mike and getting the right diction. I discovered the phrase ‘host and dost’ when I used to host shows earlier.” Khan told IANS.

“Having been a host, I know how difficult it is to keep the audience entertained. In a way, it helped me impart knowledge to her and she picked it well. When you watch the scene you will feel like you’re watching a professional host. I enacted the scene in front of her and she copied me exactly.” he added.

‘Humshakals’ stars trio Saif Ali Khan, Ram Kapoor and Ritesh Deshmukh as the male leads and Esha Gupta, Bipasha Basu and Tamannaah as the female leads.

It is slated to release on 20th June.
