Saif & Kareena land Rs. 1.5 crore deal to endorse baby care brand?

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan pride themselves as being one of the power couples in Bollywood. Now, if rumours are to believed, the couple will be paid handsomely for endorsing a leading baby care product which also includes a short public appearance.

According to reports, the couple will pocket Rs. 1.5 crores for their appearance, reports Spotboye. The key people at the brand were eager to get the couple on board and have been in talks with them for over a year. Other than their star power, one of the reasons for reaching out to the couple was their son Taimur Ali Khan’s popularity that works well with key markets.

A source was quoted by the portal, saying, “Although the duo had turned down the offer earlier, they did a rethink when the brand officials persisted over the past few months. It was only recently that they decided to lend their face to the product. They are expected to take home a fat pay cheque of Rs. 1.5 crore for a three-hour appearance today.”

On the work front, after delivering ‘Good Newwz,’ Kapoor Khan will also be seen in Karan Johar’s multi-starrer ‘Takht.’
