Saif Ali Khan has worked with director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK in ‘Go Goa Gone’ last year. He is joining hands with them again in the forthcoming ‘Happy Ending’ but the directors have also said that they will be working with the actor once again.

Khan, having had his last release ‘Humshakals’ (2014) bomb at the box office, is going to be seen in ‘Happy Ending’ in a contrasting avatar. Talking about his role in the film, the director-twosome told Mumbai Mirror, “We wanted him to play his age and the easy going cool dude he’s often perceived to be. He and Ileana (D’Cruz) make for a refreshing pair and look really hot together”.

Speaking about future projects, they divulged, “Post Go Goa Gone, we heard that Shahid wanted to team up with us. We had just the right subject for him and that’s how this con caper came about…There’s also a third film with Saif on the cards. We’ve spoken about it, some ideas are in place. Post Happy Ending, we will have more clarity on that project”.

‘Happy Ending’ is slated for release on 21st November 2014.
