Saif Ali Khan to play a warrior

Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing a warrior in a newly signed project to be produced by Aanand L Rai.

According to Box Office India, the film is to be directed by Navdeep Singh of ‘NH10’ (2015) fame. Khan will be playing a warrior and the film will be reportedly looking at the relationship of the British Raj and India including focusing on the Battle of Buxar.

Khan, who was last seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Rangoon’ (2017), has not witnessed success at the box office in the recent past.  However his talent is undoubted and fans are hoping his upcoming releases will once again combine his powerhouse talent with commercial success.
