As well as ‘Bazaar’ and ‘Taanaji: The Unsung Hero”, Saif Ali Khan also has Navdeep Singh’s ‘Hunter’ in the pipeline too. Having just wrapped up the third film, it seems this was a role that really put him to the test.
Talking to the media about the film, Mumbai Mirror reports the actor expressing, “I never juggle multiple projects so I’m taking one at a time. For Hunter I shot 80 days and it would take two hours of makeup just to get my look right. After piling on kilos of makeup and my wig, even walking was tough, let alone performing action sequences. I still can’t believe I went through this experience, but it has made me stronger which is great.”
He went on to say, “We had to do everything on set ourselves because we shot at real locations. So from horse-riding, to dressing up the forts in Rajasthan so they come alive again onscreen. All the work I’ve been doing at the moment is exciting.”
Looks like this will be one role that will get everyone running to the theatre.
